Happy summer days from the TealBook support team! As we enter the new season, we wanted to share an update on our hours of coverage.
On this day, our engineering teams will be monitoring TealBook’s platform performance, actioning all urgent requests that impact TealBook’s usability (i.e. outages, platform degradation) for immediate resolution.
All non-urgent platform questions, bug reports, and product feedback will be answered promptly on Tuesday, Sept 5th. To get in touch with us, please email our Support Team and as always, our Knowledge Base with hundreds of articles is available 24x7.
