Certificate Refresh Schedule

In order to make our certificate data as reliable and trustworthy as possible, TealBook frequently performs refreshes to update expiry dates, source URL, subcategory and other fields. 

Where we have a high concentration of certificate data with greater potential impact on Diverse and Potential Diverse Spend, we have outlined a specific schedule (see table below) to ensure our customers have visibility ahead of any reporting timelines you may have. 

We recommend all clients with diversity spend use our ‘Save and Compare’ feature before the refresh of these certificate types to ensure the most current and accurate data in your profile. 

Please note we are working on automation improvements to remove the need for users to manually select it and will provide updates to this enhancement once available

Data Admin users of clients with diversity spend data can enter their profile and use the "Save Report" feature below their total spend to save a 'snapshot' of their diversity report.
