My Company Tab

The "My Company" tab allows you to rate suppliers, add tags, and upload documentation only visible to your own company and colleagues. 

Rating a Supplier

To rate a supplier, go to the "My Company" tab on the supplier's profile and click the Write a Review button. You'll then answer a series of questions based on your organization's custom metrics. After submitting your answers, the rating area will show the combined score and relevant details. Note that these ratings are only visible within your organization and only the author can edit them.

Private Tags

In the "Internal Offerings" section, you can add or delete private tags. These tags are useful for internal categorization and are visible only to your company. To add a tag, simply type in the word and hit Enter. To delete, click the 'X' beside the tag.

Additional Features

Beyond supplier ratings and tags, the "My Company" tab also provides:

• Reviews of the supplier by your colleagues.
• Information about your company's spend with the supplier.
• Details on your corporate relationship with the supplier.
• A location for internal, non-public documents such as contracts, audits, and offerings.

2. Personal Tab 

The Personal tab is your individual dashboard for supplier management, containing all the features found in the "My Company" tab but customized for your personal use. Here, you can rate suppliers, add or delete private tags, and more, with the visibility limited only to your account.
