Updates to your Vendor Master & Spend Data Processing

Beginning November 20, we are launching a new data workflow aimed at enhancing security, transparency and efficiency in the management of your Vendor Master and Spend file updates.

Here's a glimpse of these exciting changes:

1. Fortified Data Security: To ensure the highest level of data security, we will exclusively accept customer data files uploaded securely onto the TealBook platform. We will no longer accept files sent via email.
2. Transparency Amplified: Our dedicated Customer Data Analysts will actively provide feedback on your file's progress and address any issues that might impede completion. Our team is committed to a more efficient update process with real-time status updates. You'll experience a standardized and interactive approach to file processing, with the opportunity to engage directly with our Customer Data Analysts. Upon successful file completion and integration into our TealBook platform, you will receive our latest Standard Reporting Package, offering an enriched data review experience.
3. Effortless Data Management: On average, customer files that do not conform to our template format including all required fields take 40% longer to process. Conversely, when these templates are used, we observe a 30% improvement in the matching rate. To enhance the precision of vendor matches and obtain more comprehensive spend analytics, we now require stricter adherence to our VM/Spend template. This not only boosts accuracy but also accelerates the enrichment of your data files..

Please note: if you’re providing your VM/Spend template via direct integration, these changes will not affect your process.
