Addresses	This section shows the physical address of the supplier.
Comments	This is the section where other companies leave comments about the supplier.
Contacts	This is the contact phone number of the supplier.
Countries	These are the countries where the supplier and its branches are located.
Diversity Qualifications	Diversity qualifications refer to the criteria or certifications that demonstrate a business is owned, controlled, or operated by individuals from historically underrepresented or disadvantaged groups. Suppliers must often obtain official certifications to qualify as diverse suppliers.This section shows which suppliers are small, women-owned, minority-owned, and other diverse businesses.
Domain	A domain is the unique name that identifies a website of the supplier.
DUNS	DUNS stands for Data Universal Numbering System, which is a unique identifier (9-digit unique identifier) used to track and manage information about businesses worldwide. It is issued by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), a company specializing in business data and analytics.
Food Qualifications	Food qualifications refer to the standards, certifications, and regulations that businesses in the food industry must meet to ensure the safety, quality, and compliance of their products. These qualifications are essential for protecting public health, meeting legal requirements, and building consumer trust. This section shows which suppliers have certification from Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), or Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
id	The org unit identifier or Org Unit ID is used to uniquely identify a supplier profile.
Internal Supplier Id	An internal supplier ID is a nomenclature to identify each supplier by a client/buyer. It can be numeric/alphanumeric.
LEI	An LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) is a unique 20-character alphanumeric code used to identify legal entities engaged in financial transactions. It is part of a global system designed to enhance transparency in financial markets by providing a consistent and standardized way to identify entities, managed by the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF).
Long Description	This field shows the company’s description that tells more about the supplier.
Classification Codes	The NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) is a system used to classify businesses based on their economic activities. These numerical codes are used to classify businesses based on the type of economic activity they are involved in. Please note that TealBook is only limited to 2 to 4-digit NAICS code when searching.
Name	This is the supplier name.
Number of Employees	These are the number of employees of a supplier.
Offerings	These are products or services that a supplier offers.
Parent Org Name	This section shows the parent company of a supplier.
Primary Phone	This section shows the main contact number of the suppliers.
Profile Completeness	This is the percentage of the completeness of a supplier profile. It shows how updated the supplier profile is.
Quality Qualifications	Quality qualifications refer to the certifications, standards, or criteria that demonstrate a company’s ability to consistently provide products or services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. These qualifications are often used to establish credibility, improve processes, and ensure high-quality outcomes. This section shows which suppliers are ISO (International Organization for Standardization) certified, ASQ (American Society for Quality) certified,or GAQM (Global Association for Quality Management) certified.
Ratings	This section lets other users in your organization how well you regard a particular company that you have worked with. Please note that ratings are not shared. They are only visible within your company. Only the author of a rating can edit it.
Security Qualifications	Security qualifications refer to certifications, standards, or criteria that demonstrate an organization's ability to protect its assets, data, infrastructure, and people from threats. These qualifications are essential in suppliers where safeguarding sensitive information or maintaining secure operations is critical. This section shows which suppliers have certification from ISO (International Organization for Standardization) or Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).
Service Areas	This indicates where the supplier conducts their Business.
Short Description	This is the summary or basic description that describes the supplier in 200 words.
Status	This is an indicator whether the company is Active, Inactive, or Acquired by another company.
Sustainability  Qualifications	Sustainability qualifications refer to certifications, standards, and practices that demonstrate a company’s commitment to environmentally responsible, socially ethical, and economically viable operations. These qualifications are increasingly important for suppliers aiming to reduce their environmental impact, align with regulatory requirements, and meet consumer demand for sustainable practices. This section shows which suppliers have certification from International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), B Corporation (B Corp), or ENERGY STAR.
Warning	This field shows if the website of the supplier is unreachable, inactive,domain for sale, inappropriate content domain, or blacklisted domain.This also shows which suppliers are under sanction from US, EU, UN, or Canadian governing bodies.
Website	This is the website of the supplier.
Year_Founded	This is the year when the company is established.
Yearly_Revenue	These are the estimated annual revenue of a company.
