The Admin portal is only accessible to users with Admin privileges. Depending on your organization's account access, this can either be Supplier Admin, Buyer Admin, or both. By default, the appropriate admin role is given to the first user to join the platform from an organization and can then be reassigned by them to the appropriate member of their team.
The Admin portal can be accessed by clicking the menu icon on the left of the header bar beside the TealBook logo and selecting Admin.
The pages in the Admin portal may vary depending on your organizations' level of access. Pages and features within the Admin portal include:
- Users—allows admin users to view and manage users within their organization.
- App Config—allows Buyer admin users to configure their supplier relationship management settings and displays app integrations information.
- Change History—audit tracking feature that shows any changes made by any of the organization's users to the company's TealBook supplier data platform account.
- SAP Ariba—allows admin users with access to SAP Ariba integration to upload their data to TealBook.
