To invite additional users into tealbook you must have capacity. If you have not reached the maximum number of users you can invite them by the following:
From the Admin portal, go to the “Users” tab. Then click the "add button" located at the right bottom of the menu.
This will open another window to allow you to add a new user.
Note: It is important that the new user added has the same email domain as the company. You can not add users outside your organization. Please reach out to tealbook support for assistance if you require a user to be added that is not part of your organization.
Once you have added the new user, they will receive an email notification to log into tealbook. We recommend that they change their password and update their personal user profile.
