File format - Minimum Requirements & Maximum Data Load

The following data is required in order for your supplier data to be cleansed and enriched.

1. VENDOR MASTER Minimum required fields:

• Supplier Name
• Internal Supplier ID
• One or all of Physical address/ website domain/ email address*

* Any available emails or websites significantly help in the matching of supplier records to Tealbook

2. SPEND DATA (as far back as practical) Minimum required fields:

• ›  Internal Supplier ID
• ›  Spend Date
• ›  Spend Cadence (Quarterly, transactional or yearly)
• ›  Spend Amount

File size

Please ensure when you are uploading your file that it is in a CSV format and that you adhere to the maximum file size below.

• The maximum file size should not exceed 1 GB (1,000 MB)

How long does it take to upload a file?

Typically it should only take a few minutes to upload. However, if it takes longer than this and you do not see the file being uploaded, please reach out to our support team. They will check and see if your file is waiting in the queue.
