Welcome to TealBook, the leading supplier data platform that unifies supplier data to power the end-to-end procurement lifecycle. With our supplier data platform, you'll have access to millions of suppliers and buyers as well as valuable insights into your spend data.
User portals
The TealBook platform has three user portals that provide access to platform features based on user requirements. The portal selection menu is on the left of the page header beside the TealBook logo.
The Buyer portal allows users with Buyer access to use TealBook from a customer's perspective. Here you'll be able to search for suppliers, view your spend reports, and reach out to current and prospective suppliers.
The Supplier portal allows all TealBook users to showcase their organizations by optimizing their supplier profile, responding to RFIs, sharing Tier 2 Diversity spend data, and uploading qualifications. As a supplier, this portal gives you an opportunity to build stronger ties with your current customers and be discoverable by potential customers.
The Admin portal allows users with Admin access to manage their organization's account and users.
Navigation bar
Each portal has different menu items on the navigation bar located on the page header. The navigation menu is your link to various features within the platform.
Searching for Suppliers
For users with Buyer access, you can search for suppliers by navigating to the Suppliers page. You can type keywords in the Search suppliers field and filter your search by clicking the Advanced button and adding filters using the options on the side bar.
The search field also appears on the header beside the TealBook logo when you're in the other pages within the Buyer portal.
Viewing reports and communicating with suppliers
The Insight tag within the Buyer portal offers spend report features as well a Supplier Outreach page where you can send requests to your suppliers.
Inviting suppliers to TealBook
If the specific supplier you're looking for is not on TealBook, you can send them an invitation using the Invite Supplier to TealBook button on the Suppliers page within your Buyer portal.
Finding help
Most pages within the platform includes additional instructions or details on how the features can be used. If the help information is hidden within the page, just click the TealBot's profile image with a teal background to reveal more information.
