Rating a Supplier

Rating a supplier is a great way to let other users in your organization know how well you regard a particular company that you have worked with. By rating the supplier, users are then able to use this as a filterable option for their search efforts.

Each tealbook client can define its own set of questions to rate a supplier and a weighting for each of these questions. (Contact your customer success manager to modify ratings.) Each user can create, edit or remove their rating of a supplier. The rating area shows the combined rating/score and allows you to review the details.

You can rate a supplier directly from the Search List by clicking on the rating stars, or on the My Company tab of the Supplier Profile by clicking on the ​Write a Review​ button.

Privacy Information​: Ratings are not shared. They are only visible within your company. Only the author of a rating can edit it.

Write a Review: If a user has never rated a supplier before, they will see a button saying Write a Review. Click the button and answer the questions.
