Top User Activity from last 30 days to last 90 days

Why do some users not show when I toggle from the last 30 days to the last 90 days?

We limit the leaderboard results to the top 10, which is why you do not see certain people that were active the past 30 days but not as active over the past 90.  The limit would also explain why people with a last login are not showing up.
