Changing Passwords

In this article, you will learn various methods for changing your password upon logging into Tealbook or, in some cases, when you forgot your password.

Changing your password when logged into Tealbook

Go to My Account, where you’re taken to this screen. Click the Change my Password button where a window will pop up.

Make sure that you follow the rules before changing your password. Click the Submit button once you’ve typed in your new password.

Resetting your password

Should you forget your password, you can reset it by going to the login screen and clicking Reset your password to proceed.

Then, enter your email address and click Reset Password, where you’ll receive an email from [e-mail] that will reset your password.

If you haven’t received your email containing the reset password instructions, you may email [e-mail] for further assistance.
