To create a TealBook account:
- Go to tealbook.com
- Click on the login icon on the top right corner, beside the GET STARTED button.
- In the login window, click Join for free!
- Enter your email address in both the fields provided in the account registration screen. We ask for your email address twice to help avoid registering an incorrect email address.
- If you wish to use a different language during the sign up process, please select one from the dropdown list next to the globe icon.
- Click Sign Up.
Our system will attempt to identify which company to associate you with based on your email address and will display the appropriate company.
- If we find company profiles that match your email address domain, the companies will be displayed in the next screen. Click your company name from the list. We will send you an email with a link to create your password and finish setting up your account.
- If our system does not find a match you will immediately be directed to the email confirmation screen. We will send you an email with a link to create your password where you will also be asked to provide more information about your company.
- If we find potential matches but your company is not on the list, click None of the above. You will be asked to provide additional information. Please enter your name, company name, website address, and why you chose None of the above in the previous screen, then click Sign Up. We will send you an email with a link to create your password and finish setting up your account.
- If the email address you entered uses a domain from personal email providers, such as gmail.com, you will be asked to provide additional information. Please enter your name, company name, and website address in the next screen then click Sign Up. Once we've received your information, a member of our customer support team will process your information and reach out to you with the next steps.
- If we find company profiles that match your email address domain, the companies will be displayed in the next screen. Click your company name from the list. We will send you an email with a link to create your password and finish setting up your account.
- Check your email for the link to create your password and finish setting up your account.
If your email address had been matched with a company during the previous steps, you can simply follow the link in the confirmation email, create your password, and start using the TealBook supplier data platform.
Registering as a new user with unmatched company name
If our system did not find a match using your email address domain, you will be given an opportunity to provide more information about your company which will create a company profile on the TealBook supplier data platform. This will make your company discoverable by potential buyers.
To continue setting up your account:
- Open the email from TealBook info and click the SET YOUR PASSWORD button on the bottom of the email.
- Complete the fields in the registration screen, review the Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, and click the checkbox to agree to the terms, and click Continue.
- Enter your company name, upload your logo, and tell us a little bit more about your company in the Getting to Know your Company screen.
The information you provide in this section will help us get to know your company better and give potential customers an overview of your business. - Once we've created your company's profile, you will be directed to additional screens where you'll have the opportunity to add your contact information as well as provide information about your products and services. You may complete these at this time or choose to do them at a later time by clicking Skip to company profile or the Done button. You're all done and your profile is now public.
