Uploading Your Certification(s) / Diversity Self Certification

UPLOADING YOUR CERTIFICATION(S) / DIVERSITY SELF CERTIFICATION

TealBook allows you to upload your Diversity, Quality, Information Security, Social Responsibility and Sustainability, and Food related certifications onto its platform, to make your profile more competitive to TealBook’s ever expanding network of Buyer organizations, which collectively represent some of the world’s largest organizations, including a number of Fortune 500 companies.

In the case of Diversity certifications, you have the option to either (1) pick from a list of Certification Agencies and upload the associated Diversity Certificate, or (2) Self Certify – the latter being a quick and convenient way to categorize yourself as a Diverse Supplier to TealBook Buyers.

(1) Steps involved in uploading your current certificate

STEP 1

When you log onto your TealBook Supplier Profile, you will see a section titled “Qualifications”. Go to the “Add a Certification” drop down menu, and select “Diversity”.

STEP 2

Next, under “Certification Agency”, select one of the available agencies listed, if applicable. 

If the certification agency you are looking for is not available, select “Other”, and then manually type in the Agency Name.

STEP 3

Next, from the “Name of Certification” drop down menu, select the appropriate certification name.

STEP 4

To conclude the process, upload the appropriate certificate, enter the certification expiration date and the certificate number, check the supplier verification box, and click “Add”.

This process can be replicated multiple times, one for each unique certificate you would like to upload. 

NOTE: The process for uploading Quality, Information Security, Social Responsibility and Sustainability, and Food-related certifications is similar. 

(2) Steps involved in Self Certifying as a Diverse Supplier

STEP 1

When you log onto your TealBook Supplier Profile, you will see a section titled “Qualifications”. Go to the “Add a Certification” drop down menu, and select “Diversity”.

STEP 2

Next, under “Certification Agency”, select “Self Certify”.

 STEP 3

Next, from the “Name of Certification” drop down menu, select the appropriate certification name.

STEP 4

Finalize by filling in additional details including your certifying location (out of locations currently listed on your Supplier Profile), the certification subtype (if applicable), and verifying that the certified information is correct. Then, click the “Add” button at the bottom of the screen.

Once you have clicked “Add”, you will see a link to a downloadable certificate generated by TealBook. Our certificates are valid for one year and require a re-certification process annually. 

NOTE: The Self Certification process is only available for a Diversity Qualification, and not the other Qualification types (i.e. Quality, Information Security, Social Responsibility and Sustainability, and Food).
