Inviting suppliers to complete the sustainability survey

The sustainability survey is an impactful feature on TealBook that allows you, as a buyer, you to delve deeper and better understand how your procurement decisions contribute towards your sustainability goals. It also enables suppliers to showcase their environmental, social, and governance strategies that make their organization more attractive to clients and investors.

Suppliers' responses along with reports generated from the survey can be viewed in the Sustainability Survey Overview page within the Sustainability Report tab. The sustainability summary survey report gives you snapshots as well as detailed views of your suppliers' efforts and how those efforts affect your goals.

To get started, invite your suppliers to complete the sustainability survey.

To invite suppliers:

1. Log in to TealBook and go to your Buyer portal.

2. Navigate to the supplier’s profile.

3. Scroll down to the Sustainability Survey section.
   

    

4. Click Request Sustainability Survey.

5. In the Sustainability Survey Request pop-up window, select the contact from the Contact dropdown list or click Add a New Contact and complete the New Contact form.

6. Complete the Add Contact form if you opted to add a new contact and click Add.

7. Click Send Request.

After clicking the Send Request button, the Sustainability Survey Request button will be deactivated and will show a message saying that the survey request has been sent.

To view the status of your request, click Insight in the navigation bar and go to the Supplier Outreach tab. You can also find it in the Sustainability Report tab under Sustainability Survey Open Requests.
