The sustainability survey enables suppliers to showcase their environmental, social, and governance policies and position their organizations as strategic partners in their clients' journey towards reaching sustainability goals.
When a customer sends an invitation to complete the sustainability survey, the supplier will receive an email with a link to the survey. The link will be available for 28 days after the invitation was sent. Within the 28-day period, invited suppliers can simply follow the link in the email and complete the survey without having to a create a TealBook account.
Suppliers who already have user accounts in TealBook can follow the link in the invitation email or simply log in to TealBook and navigate to the Sustainability Survey section in their supplier profile.
If you’ve received an invitation to complete the sustainability survey:

Click the link in the invitation email or, if you already have a TealBook account, log in to TealBook and go to your Supplier portal where you’ll be directed to your supplier profile.

Scroll down to the Sustainability Survey section.

Click Complete the Survey Now.

When you’re ready, click Continue to start completing the survey.
All questions must be answered and any required documents must be uploaded to move forward and submit the survey. For questions that require supporting documents, the documents must be in PDF format.The icons representing each of the five survey categories change based on survey completion status, as shown in the image below. It is a useful tool that you can use to determine your progress.
You may also save the survey and complete it at a later time by clicking Save and Exit Survey. When you’re ready to continue answering the survey questions, simply follow the link in the invitation email or go to your supplier profile, scroll down to the Sustainability Survey section, and click Complete the Survey Now.

When you’ve finished answering the survey questions and uploading the required documents, click Submit Survey.

Review and confirm the statements in the Confirmation window.

Click Confirm.
Inviting colleagues to complete the sustainability survey
At any point throughout the survey, you have the option to add contacts from within your organization to help answer survey questions.
To do this

Click the Add Collaborators button on the top right corner next to the TealBot.

In the Sustainability Survey Request window, type the name of the contact or select the contact’s name from the dropdown list.

If the person you’d like to add as a collaborator is not on the list, click Add a New Contact, enter their information in the Add Contact window, and click Add.

Click the checkbox to Add user to public profile if you’d like to add this contact to your TealBook supplier profile.

Type a message in the message box.

Click Send.
Reviewing survey answers and taking the survey again
After completing the survey, you can review your responses, edit them, or retake the survey through your TealBook supplier profile.
To review responses or retake the survey:

Go to the Sustainability Survey section in your supplier profile.

Click View Survey Responses.

When you get to the survey screen, you may edit your responses by clicking the Edit Responses button. If you wish to retake the survey, click Retake Survey.
Note:
When you click the Retake Survey button, all your answers to survey questions will be deleted and you will be required to answer each question and upload each document again.
